HERE IS A PARTIAL LIST OF OUR CUSTOM MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES:
Hi-Definition Plasma – This unit provides the ability to pierce cut up to 1-1/4” and edge cut up to 2” thick steel plate, offering a +/- .025 tolerance per line profile on most cuts.
Waterjet Cutter- This machine has the capability to cut larger plates up to several inches thick and can cut more than just steel, offering the ability to cut aluminum, stainless steel, plastic, rubber, glass, marble, gasket material, and wood.
We can make a quality Q1 – Q5 cut, along with a +/- .020 tolerance per line profile on most cuts.
Angle Rolling Machine – This device has the capability to roll angle up to 3/8” x 3” x 3” leg-in or leg-out. We can also roll 3″ & 4″ channel, along with steel bar stock up to ½” x 2″ – flat or on edge.
CNC Press Brake – Our 26’-10″ wide, 530 ton Press has dual CNC controllers with dual 3-Axis programmable back gauges and crowning, to allow ease of repeatability.
Vertical Saws (2) –Universal Metal Cutting Band Saw has an 18” by 22” capacity including a 45° – 60° tilt frame, with power feed.
Plate Roller – Equipped with 8’ wide rolls, this machine is able to roll up to ¼” thick material to a 48” to 84” diameter
Hard Bearing Balancing Machine – This piece of equipment has the capability to balance materials up to 2500 lbs (1250 lbs/support), and 110” in length (drive shafts, fans, rollers. etc.)
Industrial Ironworker – Capable of shearing flatbar up to 1” thick, angle up to 3/8” x 6″ x 6″ thick, this piece gives us the ability to punch a variety of squares, rounds, and slots, up to 1-3/32”.
CNC Vertical Milling Machine – This machine provides the ability to machine parts in an efficient manner, along with CAM software to program more complex machining tasks. Our Haas has 30” of X-travel, 16” of Y-travel.
Horizontal Milling Machine – This tool has an 11” by 52” table and is primarily used for keying shaft material giving us the capability to key shafts for 3/16”, ¼”, 5/16”, 3/8”, and ½” keyways.
Manual Lathe – This is our 16″ by 60″, 12 speed, 7.5 hp, 2 9/32″ bore and includes a taper tool attachment for tapered machining applications.
Mig Welding – We can provide .035 hard wire welding and .045 flux core welding for all position in steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Tig Welding – We are capable of welding in steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Blasting and Painting – We have a 16′ x 16′ x 50′ blast booth. Blasting with aluminum oxide. We also have two paint booths, 16′ x 16′ x 36′ and 16′ x 16′ x 50′, that can meet your painting needs.
